“I have extremely high expectations and being a parent myself, I along with my Mother created a center experience in which children, families, and staff work together to ensure we meet everyone’s needs. I believe it takes a village to raise children and I value everyone’s opinions”.
Renae has been the Center Director/Creator/Co-Founder since April 2002. Prior to the Director position she worked for Mayo Clinic in Rochester for 9 ½ years with most those years in supervision. Renae grew up in Rochester and has strong ties to the community and currently lives in a small nearby community with husband and three children. She enjoys working with local Directors through her many years as President of the Southeastern MN Director’s Association, on the early childhood advisory board of local community colleges, MNAEYC member, NAEYC member, as a Child Care Consultant, and a Master Trainer for MNCPD.
